Mining unbreakable blocks in Survival Mode shows first frame of the block breaking animation

When mining unbreakable blocks like Bedrock or Command Blocks in Survival Mode, the first frame of the breaking animation is shown on the block. This issue wasn't present in snapshots/versions before 1.20 Pre-Release 1
