disturbing bug

this bug is strange because when I change version to 1.11.1,I create a new world and then I put a random seed and then I enter but my HotBar fill up with {1sand 1sword of wood 1axe of wood 1pickaxe of wood 5sticks and finally{}

a crafting table}

 

I know is strange but this is more strange, my right hand was inverted to left hand, I also went to setting: Controls} but it was all alright there was nothing wrong.

 

=I don' t know if is a glitch or a bug

 

the seed was changed when I  analysed the world😢🤷‍♂️

sorry the site does not  let me run version 1.11.1.
