Items spat from foxes are spawned too high and are offset from the said fox's position

The Bug:

Items spat from foxes are spawned too high and are offset from the said fox's position.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a fox that's holding a diamond sword by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:fox ~ ~ ~ {CanPickUpLoot:1b,attributes:[{id:"minecraft:movement_speed",base:0}],HandItems:[{id:"minecraft:diamond_sword",Count:1b}]}

2. Obtain some raw chicken and throw it on the ground near the fox.
3. Wait for the fox to collect the raw chicken and watch closely as the diamond sword is spat out from the fox's mouth.
4. Take note as to whether or not items spat from foxes are spawned too high and are offset from the said fox's position.

Observed Behavior:

Items spat from foxes are spawned too high and are offset from the said fox's position.

Expected Behavior:

Items spat from foxes would not be spawned too high and would not be offset from the said fox's position.
