Double piston arms if we spam

Summary of the bug you're having:

What I expected to happen was... :
A piston arm pushing a block.

What actually happened was... :
Two piston arms, one extending out the top of the piston, and the other out the bottom.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a redstone block.
2. Spam destroying and placing a piston.
