The bug

Llamas and trader llamas need to be tamed in order to be ridden by the mob which is inconsistent with other rideable mobs.

Steps to reproduce

• Use the following command:

  /summon minecraft:llama ~ ~ ~ {Passengers:[{id:husk}]}

  /summon minecraft:trader_llama ~ ~ ~ {Passengers:[{id:husk}]}

  /summon minecraft:horse ~ ~ ~ {Passengers:[{id:husk}]}

All the rideable mobs that don't need to be tamed:

1. Horse
2. Donkey
3. Mule
4. Skeleton horse
5. Zombie horse
