I can wear a Jack O' Lantern

Since when can you wear Jack O' Lantern

I notice this while I building a lighting room with Jack o' lantern

then I Shift Click the jack o' lantern to grab another block and It was on my head slot

I remembered that I was using a modded 1.19.4 but then I tested this on 1.20 pre-1 and I can still wear it also It didn't give any pumkin blur. This work on both survival and creative.

What I expected to happen was:
I can't put Jack O' Lantern on my face

What actually happened was:
I can put Jack O' Lantern on my face

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Minecraft 1.19.4 or 1.20 pre-1.

2. Grab a Jack O' Lantern from the creative inventory.

3. Put that on the head slot / Shift Click the jack o' lantern while having an empty head slot.

4. You can see that you can put it on.
