Tripwire texture does not connect with the metal ring in tripwire hooks

Found while testing MC-262546.

The bug

The texture of tripwire when "connected" to a tripwire hook stops short of the metal ring of the tripwire hook and therefore visually appears disconnected.

How to reproduce

1. Download and apply the attached resource pack
2. Create a valid setup for tripwire
3. Inspect the hooks closely

Expected results

The tripwire would make physical contact with the hook.

Actual results

There is a visible gap.
