Dying due to an Ender Pearl's teleportation damage gives "fell from a high place" after taking non-fatal fall damage

Steps to reproduce:
1) Fall 21 blocks in survival
2) Throw an ender pearl after taking this fall damage

Expected result:
"Player hit the ground too hard"

Observed result:
"Player fell from a high place"
