Composter can be burned which is not consistent with other villager work stations

Composter can be burned which is not consistent with other villager work stations.

Other villagers workstations have fire-resistant properties, the composter is one of the two inconsistencies, the other one is the lectern.

Please note that even if the composter is full, it will be burned.
