The bug:

Throwing an ender pearl on the floor while having slow falling makes you fall for a little bit. It happens without slow falling but it's more severe with it. This bug can punish you in End Crystal PvP in ways which it shouldn't.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Apply the slow falling effect on yourself.
2. Throw an ender pearl on the floor and notice how you fall for a little bit.

Intended behavior:

You shouldn't fall at all if you throw your ender pearl on the floor.

Actual behavior:

You fall for a little bit if you throw it on the floor.
