End Sky Colour Problem

The sky in the end is a brownish colour at normal height, then goes black at ~-20, and only goes back to normal texture at ~-40.

I've uninstalled all mods and resource packs, and have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and version. It's still happening.

((I couldn't report this for 1.19.2, so I had to select 1.19.4. Sorry))
