Input gets stuck

Twice in 23w18a I have been moving and all the sudden I keep moving even though I stopped pressing the button to move. I haven't seen this bug in years, and I don't know why it's back. It doesn't fix itself until you press the input key again. Nothing has changed with my setup on the software or hardware front so I think this is a Minecraft issue and not an external issue
