Tools somehow bugged to be upside-down. No game function changing Mods used.

Upon enchanting and placing netherite on my shovel, it somehow had been rotated 180 degrees within both the inventory slots and when held in the hand.

This happened on a private Realms Server.

I have not attempted to replicate.

Relaunching the game fixed the issue.
