Parity issue: Pitcher plant outline box

The bug

In Java Edition, when targeting a pitcher plant, only the half that is being targeted will display a wireframe outline. However, in Bedrock Edition, the entire plant will be highlighted regardless of which half is being targeted.

1. Place a fully grown pitcher plant
2. Look at it
