When exiting the boat, sometimes the player begins to glitch and is unable to move.

I am using version 1.19.2 with Optifine. Sometimes when I use sneak to exit the boat, by player character will get stuck inside the boat and is unable to move. This is really annoying as this is a common bug for me. I have to enter the boat and exit again, and that seems to fix the issue.
