[MC-262370] Some multiplayer strings are untranslatable

Some multiplayer strings are untranslatable.

Before reading the table, please note that there may be more strings affected by this that aren't listed below.

String	Context	Translatable?	String Location
"Banned by an operator."	This string is the default message displayed when banned from a server.	No	Ban List Entry Screen
"Anonymous Player"	The string is displayed in the server listing tooltip when a player on the server has their "Allow Server Listings" option set to "ON" in their online settings.	No	Multiplayer Menu

Attempt to search for the existence of any of the affected strings as listed above on the official Minecraft crowdin project.
Take note as to whether or not some multiplayer strings are untranslatable.
