Rotten Flesh is not effective for puppies.

Description

Right-click the Rotten Flesh to feed the puppy. The puppy will only keep sitting and standing up, will not grow, and thewill be consumed.

 

What I expected to happen was...:

Consume Rotten Flesh and the puppy grows up.

 

What actually happened was...:

The Rotten Flesh is consumed with every time the puppy sits down and stands up, and the puppy has no effect.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

Take out the Rotten Flesh, right-click on the puppy bred by the domesticated dog, the puppy sits down and stands up, and the carrion is consumed.
