Redstone in spawn chunks disappearing

I dont know what causes it and have no idea how to recreate it. It is a redstone clock on my creeper farms. The main spawn chunk loses a comparator, 3 redstone, and 2 sticky pistons. One of the bordering chunks loses 2 redstone. It has been like this for the last 8 months. It randomly happens so I have to go check it daily.
