Zombified piglins cannot control striders anymore

In 1.19.4, zombified piglins that spawn on top of a saddled strider with a warped fungus on a stick cannot control the strider they are riding, despite being able to do so in previous versions of the game. The wiki also says that zombified piglins should be able to control striders (I know the wiki isn't an official source, but I believe it is worth mentioning).

Steps to reproduce:

Step 1: Find a zombified piglin riding a strider in the nether (or spawn one with commands)

Step 2: Make sure you are in survival or adventure mode

Step 3: Attack the zombified piglin

Expected result: The strider starts following you so that the piglin can attack you

Observed result: The strider stands still/moves randomly like a regular strider

Step 4: Hold a warped fungus/warped fungus on a stick

Observed result: The strider starts following you as it should
