Constant Mouse Acceleration

No matter what, there is unnecessary mouse acceleration that has been occurring for the last few months. It may be due to my Steelseries wireless mouse, but not sure. I have followed every single tutorial I have seen online to no result. This may be a combination of steelseries and windows somehow not functioning properly for Minecraft, and Minecraft alone. At first this was only for modded, but lately it even happens on the latest version of Minecraft. Lowering polling rate does NOT help, neither does the Enhance Pointer Precision solution.
