Death Screen buttons appear on top of Item tooltips

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Set GUI Scale very high or minimise the screen as much as possible
2) Shoot yourself with a renamed bow to create a death message with an item
3) Hover over the item to see that the "Respawn" and "Title Screen" buttons appear on top of the tooltip.
