Finding villages 200 blocks up in the air!

I made a minecraft world and thought of adding it in my server but I was little

confused because i found a village 216 blocks up in the air and the biome I was in was

the snowy biome and also I found iron helmet and  chestplate  on a armor stand

and I was alone in the game I was in singleplayer world and I did not open LAN world.
