The Bad III enchantment Minecraft Java 1.19.4

I went to put my axe on the enchantment table too enchant it (obviously) and I saw this weird enchantment called 'Bad III' (I had no data packs or texture packs on prior to this) I was curious so I clicked on it and nothing on my axe had changed! I had never seen it before either.
