Mouse not Reading During Gameplay

Mouse is fine while in startup, menus, etc., but when in gameplay, it does not read the movement of the mouse to affect the camera. I am able scroll and left/right click, but not move the mouse. I have bound cinematic camera and have turned it off. Mouse settings are at 100% sensitivity and not inverted. 

(now on vanilla Minecraft 1.19.4, same issue)
