Decorated Pots using item strings

The Bug:

Decorated Pots use translation strings of the ingredients that it has been crafted with, similarly to how Shulker Boxes display items/blocks. Instead, it should have its own description strings, like the recent Armor Trims.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Craft a Decorated Pot with any Pottery Sherds and/or Bricks
2. Change any translation string in your language file for any ingredient used in Step 1
3. Reload resource packs

Observed Results:

The Item translation name as well as the ingredient tooltip of that Item have changed.

Expected Results:

Only the Item should have a different translation.
