Lost Java license after migration

Hello! I've been trying to restore the Minecraft Java license for over a year, but the support center doesn't know what to do. I've read similar issues and know I'm not alone. To be brief, I successfully migrated my Microsoft account, but a week later I lost my Java license. In the official launcher, I was offered to play a demo version of the game. I tried all versions of official and unofficial launchers, checked the site minecraft.net, I still do not have a Java version, but the Bedrock Edition remained in place. It's amazing that they can't help me with a simple question for over a year.
