Game just wont open, trying to use both 1.19.4 and optifine but it just won't launch, keeps crashing and says not responding.

I was trying to download Shaders last night and now Minecraft just refuses to launch, I really wanted to play java with a new look and now I cannot. I downloaded Optifine and all the other stuff to do this but now I can't even launch Minecraft in general (it won't let me get into java edition) and yes I have java 17 fully installed. Please help.
