Markers flip with map

Hello! I have encountered a problem and I believe it can be seen as an oversight.

When I rename the flag and create a tag on the map - the title is displayed correctly, but when I frame the map and flip it in different directions, the tag also moves.

I think this shouldn't be the way it is and the marker shouldn't move with the map. It is illogical.
