Suspicious sand and gravel are not dropping loot in trail ruins in new snapshot. 23w16a

I am on the new snapshot 23w16a. I just went to a trail ruins and none of the suspicious sand or gravel are dropping any loot. I haven't been to other structures yet to see if this issue is there either.
