Multiplayer Resource Pack messed up

Somehow my resource packs are messed up and some chunks are loaded randomly. If I play single-player, the resource pack works fine and well but it seems like only the multiplayer part where the resource pack isn't load properly. The game is running V1.19.3 same goes with the resource pack, everything is set and only the multiplayer issue...
