Enchantment glint glows more on items than on armor

The enchantment glint glows more on items than are being held or on the ground than armor that is worn. Even with the enchantment glint strength at 100%, the enchanted items that are being held or on the ground, glow more than enchanted armor that is being worn by an entity.
