Execute if bloocks dosen't work

I tride to use /execute if bloocks xxx xxx xxx all run say hi, but firstly the run will show up red as an rong command (not if I use masked) and when I hit enter as a player It kicks me and says "Recived chat packet with missing or invalid signature" I also tride it with a command block there it shows red but works but alsow not realy
