The "minecraft:entity.sniffer.scenting" sound event has a delay before producing a sound causing subtitles to display at inaccurate times

The Bug:

The "minecraft:entity.sniffer.scenting" sound event has a delay before producing a sound causing subtitles to display at inaccurate times.

All other sound events instantly produce a sound upon being played however, the "minecraft:entity.sniffer.scenting" sound event does not. There is a notable delay between the sound initially being played and when the sound can actually be heard, and as a result, this causes subtitles to display at inaccurate times.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Play the "minecraft:entity.sniffer.scenting" sound event by using the command provided below.

   /playsound minecraft:entity.sniffer.scenting master @a

2. Listen closely as the sound is played.
3. Take note as to whether or not the "minecraft:entity.sniffer.scenting" sound event has a delay before producing a sound causing subtitles to display at inaccurate times.

Observed Behavior:

The "minecraft:entity.sniffer.scenting" sound event has a delay before producing a sound.

Expected Behavior:

The "minecraft:entity.sniffer.scenting" sound event would not have a delay before producing a sound.
