a crafting glitch

when I goto a server like hunger games play like a few hours then it shows up it goes up and down when you click the block and cant goto the crafting area im really mad with it and I want 2 kick that glitch in a face only happens on a multiplayer server I don't know on survival singleplayer mode but mc-hg.com server has it and 1.6.1 and 1.6.1 has it for me that's all servers I played mc-hg.com and servers might have it
