Fullscreen Stutters

The game has stuttering issues whenever in fullscreen as opposed to windowed. There should be a glitched line above the health & hunger bars. Other players I've played with have experienced this issue too. 

• The only fix I've found is to use VSync. Otherwise, the game will have these stuttering issues in Fullscreen.
