Blocks glitch in item frames.

When I put blocks in an item frame (or glow item frame) on top of a chain, the block goes through the bottom of the item frame instead of cutting off, and when the item frame is on top of a lightning rod, then the textures glitch inside of each other, and look glitchy when I move around, or move my camera.
