Goat horn is used instantly

Which means even though it technically has a use animation, you dont need to hold it down at all? The sound is played instantly even if you immediately let go

~~What I expect: the goat horn to be held in the use position for a second or two while the sound plays

and also you can hold it in the use position indefinitely and it is not canceled at the end like food

~~What I expect: the use animation to actually end when done and not keep slowing the player
