Sculk sensors/shriekers not being pushed by pistons

When trying to push sculk sensors/shriekers with pistons, the sculk sensor/shrieker is not pushed and the piston does not extend, even while the sculk sensor is not outputing any signal or shriker activated.

Steps to Reproduce:

Place a piston.

Place a sculk sensor/shrieker in front of the piston.

Power the piston with redstone.

Observed Results:

The piston does not push the sculk sensor/shrieker.

Expected Results:

The piston pushes the sculk sensor/shrieker.

 

Notes:

The sculk sensor/shrieker is not a tile entity.
