Enchantment glint not working.

So, the enchantment glint is not working. I have tried downloading a resource pack, I've tried turning off all my resource packs except vanilla, and nothing has worked. Then finally I tried going to an older version, 1.19.2, and that did work. Please fix this! Thanks.
