Ocelot and some cat textures have unused pixels

The ocelot and some cat textures have a line of unused pixels for the head.

Variants affected: ocelot, black, persian, red and siamese.

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use the attached resourcepack
2. Summon an ocelot / a cat with a variant mentioned above.
