End gateways not spawning after beating ender dragon

I beat the ender dragon for the first time and the first end gateway spawned and then I beat the ender dragon for a second time and it did not spawn again, I’ve reset my computer and even my game, I still don’t know why it’s happening and I even tried beating the ender dragon one more time and still no end gateways were spawning in.
