In the list of changes to 23w14a, it was stated that the replaceable blocks no longer block the connection between the enchantment tables and the bookshelves. Such blocks include snow with 1 layer. However, snow with 2 or more layers cannot be replaced, which means that the force should not pass through it.

Playback Steps:
1. Set up a table of enchantments and strengthen it to the maximum with bookshelves
2. Put snow with 2 or more layers between the table and the bookshelves
3. Check the maximum level in the enchantment table

Expected result: the maximum level will decrease, as snow with 2 or more levels is not replaced
Visible result: the maximum level does not change
