Black Screen/Glitching

This is a second report, as the last one was put as resolved due to assumptions, but this problem is still happening.

1. This is a Java problem, not Bedrock.
2. I am randomly experiencing blinks of the black screen while playing in-game
   • this is a random occurrence
   • changing any of the settings does not appear to affect the issue
   • the black glitches are not affected by if I am playing multiplayer or not

In my last report, I tried to explain that I don't know how to record these instances. To further explain this, I play for a couple of hours at a time usually, and during this time, the black screen glitches occur roughly a handful of times during my game. There is nothing that I do in-game or in the settings that seems to trigger these glitches. It doesn't matter where I am in-game either (in a biome or a structure). It is not conducive for me to screen record several hours of gameplay, nor do I exactly have the ability to do so.

I would appreciate a tangible way to provide physical evidence of these occurrences, as I am still having this problem.
