Conflict between the game and mouse "Show location of pointer when I press the CTRL key" windows setting

Description of the bug

This bug conflicts with Minecraft's visual display, as Windows still displays the circle to locate the mouse.

 

Observed behavior
When I press CTRL to sprint in the game, the circle to locate my mouse is displayed.
 
Expected result
The circle should not be displayed.

 

Steps

• Open Mouse settings
• Open "Additional mouse options"
• Open "Pointer Options"
• Toggle the "Show location of pointer when I press the CTRL key"
• Press CTRL on Minecraft: Java Edition.
