Snow and Iron Golems built with the head placed first still spawning

When building an iron or snow golem, the carved pumpkin or jack o lantern must be placed last.

On a golem structure with the head not placed last, if another pumpkin or jack o lantern is placed next to the initial head, the golem is then spawned.
