Displaying the wrong items in the statistics menu

I'm playing on my server and in the statistics menu it says I dropped Cherry wood I'm in 1.19.4 cherry wood isn't in the game and it says i broke 10 pieces of raw gold. It also says I killed 1 sniffer, again I'm playing on 1.19.4 never killed a sniffer on this server because they dont exist on the server. Never killed the wither either.
