everyone has my player head on when they shouldn't every single time i join a multiplayer server. it doesnt matter what version i use. please help!

Every single time i join a multiplayer server in minecraft java edition (no matter what version i use) everyone has my player head on. If you don't understand, there are some screenshots attached. It just started today. It was perfectly fine all the time, just not today. I do not know why, and I can't seem to find a solution to this issue. Please help.
