Block destroying itself if entity hitbox collides with it if placed

Block destroying itself if entity hitbox collides with it if placed

What I expected to happen was...:The block to appear somewhere else

What actually happened was...:

it actually destroyed itself

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a block (I used a lectern)
2. Get a mob (I used a villager)
3. When the mob hitbox is in the space you want to place the block, place it at the exact moment. The bug should appear and the block will destroy with no drop.
