The minecraft:entity.sniffer.step sound event contains three stepping sounds

The Bug:

The minecraft:entity.sniffer.step sound event contains three stepping sounds.

All other minecraft:entity.ENTITY.step sound events only contain a singular stepping sound, however, the minecraft:entity.sniffer.step sound event contains three stepping sounds. This sometimes causes the sniffer to make step sounds when it stops moving, which is auditorily misleading.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Play the minecraft:entity.sniffer.step sound event by using the command provided below.

   /playsound minecraft:entity.sniffer.step master @a

2. Listen closely as the sound is played.
3. Take note as to whether or not the minecraft:entity.sniffer.step sound event contains three stepping sounds.

Observed Behavior:

The minecraft:entity.sniffer.step sound event contains three stepping sounds.

Expected Behavior:

The minecraft:entity.sniffer.step sound event would only contain one stepping sound, just like every other minecraft:entity.ENTITY.step sound event.
