Sniffers can look at players while delighting causing them to have absurd head positions

The Bug:

Sniffers can look at players while delighting causing them to have absurd head positions.

Sniffers cannot look at players when laying down, digging or searching, therefore one would expect them to not look at players when delighting because this gives them absurd head positions.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a sniffer and wait for it to lay down and dig something up.
2. When the sniffer begins delighting (raising its head up and down and side to side), stand near it so that it's encouraged to look at you.
3. Observe the head position of the sniffer.
4. Take note as to whether or not sniffers can look at players while delighting causing them to have absurd head positions.

Observed Behavior:

Sniffers can look at players while delighting causing them to have absurd head positions.

Expected Behavior:

Sniffers would not be able to look at players while delighting therefore causing them not to have absurd head positions.
